We are now looking for a Financial Controller for a consulting assignment with a public organization. The assignment involves strengthening the existing finance function and contributing to qualified analysis and follow-up work in an organization where financial management and clear reporting are central to decision-making.

About the assignment

As a Financial Controller, you will support the organization's controllers in the ongoing financial work. The role involves close collaboration with operational managers and supervisors where you contribute with analyses, forecasts, and decision-making materials to support planning and follow-up.

You will work with financial follow-up and analysis of the organization's results and ensure that reporting and forecasts are of high quality. The role requires both structure and the ability to translate financial information into clear decision-making materials.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

Conducting financial analyses, investigations, and follow-ups

Analyzing operational information and financial results

Compiling reports and decision-making materials for the organization

Developing forecasts related to the organization's finances

Working with budget preparation and budget follow-up

Engaging in dialogue with managers and operational leaders regarding budget and financial issues

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements

Academic degree in finance

Ability to work independently with financial analysis and follow-up

Meritorious

Experience working in government organizations

Experience with the financial system Agresso

Experience with Hypergene for budget and forecasting work
